Morocco – Climb Mount Toubkal

17 - 24th  September  2010

Mt Toubkal, stands 4167m above sea level and commands superb views of the High Atlas Mountains.

Our trek passes through impressive landscapes on well-defined paths and is, surprisingly, not
too strenuous. As we climb higher, the paths do become steeper and rugged in places, but
the gain in altitude awards dramatic views to Marrakech, the Anti-Atlas mountains and row
after row of sharp granite peaks. This rewarding trek passes through remote villages and
terraced fields offering us an insight to the life of the hardy and friendly Berber people.

Dog Sledding - In the Arctic Circle

March 2011

Dog-sled driving is a total experience of speed, teamwork and grandiose scenery.

We allow you to experience the exhilaration of standing on the runners of your sled and driving
your own team of dogs.A total experience of speed, teamwork and scenery. Very little tuition is
needed - the dogs know what they are doing ! One of the delights of these trips is getting to know
your own dogs which are very friendly and good companions. Sled dogs love running !
The team works together under your instruction - you have to be part of the team - the leader
behind the lead dog. A balance of love and direction is required by the driver. Every participant
will lead his/her own team of four or six dogs, and travelling across a scenic winter landscape,
our local dog handler will teach you the secrets of dog sledding.                                                  ITINERARY
